At FlooringDubai.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for our flooring products and services in Dubai.

1. Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products

Most of our flooring products (including vinyl, SPC, parquet, carpet, gym flooring, and custom installations) are custom-made or cut-to-size.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable once:

  • Production has started
  • Materials have been cut, customized, or installed

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Custom-sized flooring
  • Special color or texture requests
  • Flooring installed at the customer’s site

2. Standard / Non-Custom Products

For standard (non-custom) flooring materials that are unused, unopened, and in original condition, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required

⚠️ Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective due to manufacturing issues

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as evidence.

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund (where applicable)

4. Installation Services

Refunds are not applicable once installation services have begun or been completed.

If you are not satisfied with the installation quality, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of service completion so we can inspect and resolve the issue.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
  • Bank charges or transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before production or installation begins
  • Once materials are ordered or customization starts, cancellation is not possible
